Since I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Canadian Certified Counsellor, it is highly likely my services will be covered, if you have extended health benefits through work or school. However, i always advise clients to check with their provider to determine what their specific plan covers.
Yes. I have evening availability after typical work hours during the week. I do not offer sessions on weekends at this time because that is when I am usually running through the forest!

Sex therapy for individuals and couples is about understanding where your beliefs about sex come from, and how your personal experiences and learning have shaped the way you relate to your body, to others, and to your own sexuality. It's also about coming home to your body. That means understanding your desires more deeply, exploring what pleasure means to you, and learning to trust and listen to yourself in new ways. For some, that includes repairing a relationship with their body that has felt complicated for a long time.
Yes, I work with many couples who have experienced infidelity. Some couples are looking to repair and stay together, others are looking for help with separating in a good way, others are not sure what the path forward is. I welcome all of the above.

Yes. While I do not offer parenting consultation, many of the couples I serve are parents. Parenthood is often a time of big transitions, where impacts on communication, intimacy, roles, identity and more lead people to access individual or couples therapy.
