A Bit About Me, Tiff (she/her)

I'm so glad you're here

Hi! I'm Tiff (she/her), a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

My intention is to provide thoughtful, direct, and relational therapy that honours multiple perspectives, fosters personal accountability, and supports individuals and couples in building insight, resilience, and lasting change.

I work with individuals and couples across three main areas:

Sex Therapy

Sexual dysfunction, low desire, painful sex, desire discrepancy, sexuality and identity, kink-affirming care, and intimacy shifts related to life transitions and body changes.

Couples Therapy

Intimacy, communication, desire discrepancy, infidelity and affair recovery, relational conflict, and reconnection, for all relationship structures, including polyamory and non-monogamy.

Individual Therapy

Anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, life transitions, men's issues, and identity exploration.

My approach is sex-positive, queer-affirming, anti-oppressive, and integrative. I draw from Attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), narrative therapy, parts work, and CBT, bringing a systems-focused lens that honours the cultural and social factors shaping our beliefs, identities, and relationships. Clients often describe me as warm yet direct, and I value humour and immediacy in the room.

Outside of therapy, I'm a lover of nature, art, coffee, and wacky earrings. I have a passionate relationship with thrifting and consider myself a recovering perfectionist (still very much a work in progress!).
