Hi! I'm Tiffany, though most clients call me Tiff. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.
My intention is to provide thoughtful, direct, and relational therapy that honours multiple perspectives, fosters personal accountability, and supports individuals and couples in building insight, resilience, and lasting change.
I work with individuals and couples seeking to improve their relationship with themselves or their partners through individual therapy or couples therapy. I help clients navigate anxiety or life transitions, explore identity, or pursue personal growth.
I have a special interest in sex therapy for individuals and couples, with additional training in sex therapy, kink, queer-specific issues, sexual dysfunction, desire discrepancy, sexuality and aging, and other sexuality-related concerns. I also have training in narrative therapy, which offers a systems-focused lens that honours the cultural and social factors shaping our beliefs and identities.
My approach is sex-positive, queer-affirming, anti-oppressive, and integrative. I draw from Attachment theory, Emotion Focused Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, parts work, and CBT. Clients often describe me as warm yet direct, and I value humour and immediacy in the room.
Outside of therapy, I’m a lover of nature, art, coffee, and wacky earrings. I have a passionate relationship with thrifting and consider myself a recovering perfectionist (still very much a work in progress!).
