I support couples in reducing defensiveness, enhancing understanding, and expressing their needs with greater clarity and compassion. Together, we navigate transitional times—such as new parenthood, empty nest shifts, grief, loss, infidelity, or the coming-out process—as well as deeper work around values and healthy individuation. Drawing from Emotion Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Relational Life Therapy, I bring curiosity and a genuine interest in helping partners remember their connection and build new, resilient pathways back to each other. My goal is to help couples grow together with intention, openness, and renewed trust.
