If you have ADHD, you already know that staying present isn't always easy . This incudes focusing in the bedroom. Racing thoughts, distraction, rejection sensitivity, and the pressure to perform can all get in the way of truly connecting with yourself and your partner.
This 1-hour online lunch & learn workshop is designed for adults with ADHD who want to explore how mindfulness can support a more embodied, present, and satisfying intimate life, without shame, and without pretending that a one-size-fits-all approach to sex ever really worked for anyone.
We will also explore various kinds of mindfulness- because we know that for those with ADHD, trying to "calm down" "just breathe" or meditate might not be what your always brain needs.
This workshop is a space for exploration and discovery , not a replacement for individual therapy. If you've been curious about how ADHD might be shaping your sexual identity and experiences, this is a great place to start.
Please note that this is not group therapy, and participants currently working through significant trauma may find that one-on-one support is a better fit. If you're looking for deeper, individualized work around sexuality and identity, I'd love to connect. Reach out to set up a consultation for individual therapy.
